I learned about KOLPING INTERNATIONAL and the way it functions for the first time at the celebration of Adolph Kolping’s beatification in Rome. Doing my compulsory community service at the time, I was assistant to the stage director at the event where Kolping members celebrated and interacted. Even today, I am still fascinated by the enthusiasm of those people who feel united across national borders in practicing their faith. KOLPING INTERNATIONAL – a community of people who work, pray and celebrate together! Wherever people share their faith in word and deed, the joy of the Gospel becomes visible. This is when heaven and earth meet!
