Kolping Serbia promotes women by helping them to strengthen their talents and skills and to set up their own small business. Apart from learning about special crafts, women are taught to plan business activities in a way that they will achieve their goals. They are trained in different areas such as beekeeping and nursing.
To promote women even further, Kolping Serbia carried out a study interviewing more than 300 businesswomen about their experience.
Im April this year the coordinator of the Kolping educational center in Sajan took part in a training seminar for female managers where women learned about topics such as lobbying for their interests, communication, fundraising and project management.
