Terms of use

The use of photographs provided by KOLPING INTERNATIONAL on this site is free of charge if you agree with the following terms of use:

  • The photos may be used for media purposes or for purposes of the Kolping association if their publication is directly connected with KOLPING INTERNATIONAL and its work or serves the purpose of collecting donations for the internationally operating Kolping association.
  • By downloading photos from this site of KOLPING INTERNATIONAL, you agree to indicate the source (KOLPING INTERNATIONAL or name of photographer). You will find the source in front of the file name.
  • The photos may not be published in a way that might distort reality.
  • Any processing, rearrangement or manipulation of photos, going beyond colour corrections, reductions, or cut-outs is not permitted or requires the written permission of KOLPING INTERNATIONAL.
  • Any use for commercial purposes is not permitted. The same applies to the sharing of photos with third parties.

For printed publications, we kindly ask you to send us a copy. For online publications, we ask you to send us the link (URL). KOLPING INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to take legal action against any person(s) who is (are) suspected of making improper use of its photos for media use.
